There are numerous details to fill in when producing an invoice. Fortunately, computers make this task easier and with the right software, it can be done in less than a minute. GT Invoice Maker allows you to create and print professional looking invoices, without too much effort. You can add a wide range of information to the program's database and select the relevant details, in a series of drop menus, when you need to create an invoice.

The software is designed for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 and it can be installed in no time. Its hardware requirements are modest and it does not ask for additional tools or services. A fully functional trail version is available, which can be used for 15 days, without any restrictions.

You can insert or select numerous details, on the main interface, to create invoices. The software allows you to manage your inventory, payment and shipping methods, tax rates and many other details, on separate windows. The information you insert can be selected in a series of drop menus. For example, if you add a product to your inventory, along with a supplier's name, item number, unit price and other information, you can select the product in a drop menu, when creating an invoice. The product's corresponding information will be filled in automatically. Furthermore, if you specify a quantity, the program will calculate the total cost automatically. You can also specify how many items you have in stock. When you add one or more items to an invoice, the software will notify you if one of them is not in stock.

Besides products and quantities, you have to specify other details, like order or customer number, dates and more. You can fill in this information on the same interface, in separate input fields. As previously mentioned, certain details can be selected in drop menus, if they exist in your database. Shipping costs or taxes will be added to the total cost automatically. Additional blank fields can be created, if you need to add more information.

You may create multiple invoices and switch from one to another with Next and Back buttons, located in the upper right corner of the interface. If you decide to print an invoice, the software will add the necessary information to a predefined invoice model, which you can preview on a separate window. You can print packing lists, shipping labels and inventory lists as well. Additionally, the software allows you to create your own templates and logos.
